1Information we collect
To match you with a Service Provider and complete a job, we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone, ZIP, vehicle details, and any optional note), your location and GPS data during an active request, and photographs, timestamps, and messages that make up the job record.
2How we use it
We use your information to operate the marketplace: to match requests, calculate and process pricing and payments, document completed work, resolve disputes and chargebacks, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account and jobs.
3Photos, GPS, and evidence
Photographs, GPS location records, and timestamps are collected as job evidence and used to verify transactions and resolve disputes. Certain photos must be uploaded before a job can be marked complete. Ownership-verification records are stored in a private, encrypted location and are not visible to Service Providers after a job closes.
4Sharing
When a job is accepted, the details needed to complete it are shared with the matched Service Provider. We use third-party providers for identity verification, background checks, payment processing, and mapping. We do not sell your personal information.
5Retention and your choices
Job records — including ownership-verification records — are retained as permanent job history for disputes, damage claims, law-enforcement requests, and fraud investigations, subject to the limits set in our final Privacy Policy.
